The government of Mexico has instituted a number of protections for garment industry workers via various social security payments and benefit programs to which factory owners and employers contribute.
Relationships with our manufacturing partners are contingent on these standards being maintained. We are constantly working with our production partners to improve our processes and procedures.
Note that our fabric-sourcing team focuses on acquiring and utilizing fabrics that are recycled and sustainably produced, and can be exported duty-free under Mexico's free trade agreements.
