What We Provide

These are some of the services we provide when supporting you during the printing, dyeing, and embroidery production stage.

  • Heat Seal

A process by which your logo, text, or graphic is printed onto your apparel using an industrial heat press. The heat press melts and seals artwork onto the garment.

  • Heat Transfer

Your custom logo, text, or graphic is printed onto transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using heat and pressure.

  • Heat Bonding

A process that melts fabric together at fibre crossover points, resulting in a thicker, more defined fabric.

  • Garment Dye

Unlike a yarn dye, which takes place prior to the weaving of yarn, garment dye is a dyeing process performed on finished garments.

  • Temperature-Sensitive Dyes

Also known as a thermochromic dye, this substance changes color as it changes temperature. In fabrics, a special dye acts as the thermochromic agent.

  • Water-Based Ink Prints

Water-based ink, made with few plastic particles, is mostly water-soluble and absorbs into the fabric. Water-based inks can serves as a great alternative to plastisol ink.

  • Plastisol Prints

The traditional style of screen printing - inks are usually thicker and rougher than standard printing and sits on top of the shirt. These inks can be printed on any garment or fabric and work best in small print areas.

  • Sublimation Prints

The process of transferring dye to a fabric using heat. Images and graphics are printed on special paper placed on the garment and heat is applied, allowing the ink to become part of the fabric, leaving the fabric with a soft texture and feel.

  • Sustainable Dyes

A process by which your logo, text, or graphic is printed onto your apparel using an industrial heat press. The heat press melts and seals artwork onto the garment.

  • Embroidery

Embellish clothing with hand/machine embroidery of your logo, text, graphic, or design as per garment requirements.
