For garments to be duty-free under USMCA all parts of the garment, including the yarn used to spin the fabric must be made in the United States, Canada or Mexico.
We have access to a network of fabric suppliers that specialize in sustainable fabrics using recycled or sustainable fibers, and plant-based dyes.
If you are looking to produce garments using materials from outside of North America, we can accommodate that into our production process.
We are able to provide a variety of fabrics. If your project requires a different specification/type of fabric, feel free to get in touch and discuss the particulars with us before getting started.
Circular knits are made with a machine that knits the fabric in a continuous circle or tube. Making it a lightweight and thin fabric.
Woven fabric is made by weaving or knitting yarns. Woven fabrics are made up of a weft (going across the fabric) and a warp (going down the length of the fabric).
Non-woven fabrics are made by bonding or felting fibres together mechanically, thermally or chemically. They are not made by weaving or knitting and do not require converting the fibres to yarn.
Fabrics that are light-weight, wrinkle-free, long lasting and breathable. Usually, non-absorbent which means that your sweat is not absorbed by this cloth but left to dry on its own.
